Bucky Barnes Is Not Dead

In a move that shocked the comic book world last month, Matt Fraction allegedly killed Bucky Barnes, the new Captain America to cross the pages of mega-event I fear.

In contrast to the concept of death, the death of comics are rarely taken seriously. They often have you done for shock value, to boost sales of comics, create dramatic tension, or for creative decisions. It once said that the only characters who remain dead in the comics as Bucky, Jason Todd and Uncle Ben. But since 2005, it now applies only to the latter.

Bucky Barnes was different though. Writer Ed Brubaker brought him back to the page Captain America in such a brilliant way, it's not too long until he became more interesting than the original Captain America Steve Rogers. It is without doubt the best comic book retcon of all time. Barnes allegedly landed in the Arctic, seriously injured after a UN-successful attempts to alleviate the bomb in WW2. Bucky body was later discovered by a Russian general who brainwashes Bucky to the Soviet assassin codenamed, winter soldier. After years of working experience and murder in the name of the country, Barnes was eventually rescued Captain America, who used a mystical device known as the Cosmic Cube Bucky back memories.

This is where it got interesting. After the original Captain America was shot down in the mega event after the superhero Civil War, Bucky, and amps took the mantle of Captain America. Trying to live up to Steve Rogers, Bucky fought villains from the past and future, and serve with the Avengers. When Steve Rogers returned, he was allowed to retain the mantle of Captain America Bucky, while the villain Baron Zemo revealed to the world that their new Avenger is a former Soviet oružje.Sudskog proceedings later, Bucky and met his death.

Killing Bucky on the pages of Fear is a very silly movie for Marvel. Bucky books were far more compelling and dramatic than anything else Marvel had to offer. Unlike most characters, Bucky is more saturated and have tons of story potential left in him. Why would Marvel refuse to allow the story of one of its most interesting characters going in the near future. Can you still be rescued from this horrible clichéd shock death?

But clues suggest Bucky could be included in a future story involving giant robots, which was last seen in a vision on the pages of Invincible Iron Man and Captain America Reborn. In fact, Steve Roger's vision clearly illustrates the winter soldier lying dead among the fallen heroes. Bucky Barnes has died as a soldier in winter. He reportedly died as Captain America in the hands of the Red Skull's daughter Sin. What is interesting, though, that his death is underplayed. It is not actually on the site dramatically fear itself, and given his last words were "snake comes," it is obvious Bucky is set to be a part of God, fear the plans at some point.

The most obvious choice for Bucky after mild event that it is the mantle of Winter Soldier is another, and work in black-OPS role. The only reason I may be able to see this happening is that Marvel will not want the Captain America comic books outselling assistant principal fighter Captain America title.

If Barnes is really dead, then it really shows on the strip writers are running out of ideas and the mega event of the death became clear over-used cliché of the strip. If Marvel keeps this up, I would not be surprised to hear the fans calling for a total reboot.
