What Is Your Game Plan?

Whether you're in the beginning stages or near the end of your weight loss, you must have a game plan. There are so many reasons to have one. They are important to play basketball, you want cake or lose weight.

So many of us say: "I'll start my diet on Monday." Or "I have blown it now, I'll start again tomorrow." Either way, you have to have tools in place. What is your specific strategy will be when 'you missed it'?

When I say I'll start tomorrow ... you realize that tomorrow never comes, right? If the delay of a healthy diet you will never get to where you want to be. Tomorrow never comes. You will continue in this funk. You never know what it really feels like to have an increased self worth, confidence and self esteem.
